It’s not actually adhesive even though it says “adhesive tapes”. This is the one I purchased.
You were right the first time. It’s the same one I bought. There is no adhesive but the description is misleading.
I use [on my pipe stems!!!!] clear bondage tape I bought on Amazon, searching for that term. It works great [on pipe stems!!!!].
That’s just bringing up medical self adhesive bandages, duck tape and endurance tape??

JB Longs are the best. I have tried many, but there is no other company that produces quality soft bits like they do. I can’t smoke my pipes without them.
? I thought so - I can only seem to find the pipe cleaners imported from the U.S. I’m not having much luck with this.

I've been playing with the idea to replace my BJ Long rubber bits with something else. I've been using them for years. But they don't fit properly on wide stems or narrow ones. And they are a pain to remove as well. So I figured I would try isolation tape instead. Three layers should be enough not to leave toothmarks on my stems.
The result is most satisfactory. It looks and feels better than the bulkier BJ Long bits. I've been thinkering with two variants: regular black isolation tape and 'Power Perfect' tape (it has some sort of mesh-layer). I will try both, but I am leaning towards the thinner isolation tape for now.
