In the "my first Peterson" theme, I also chose a St. Patrick's Day version, 150 Bulldog. Mine is already in house and I hope to christen it accordingly with some Peterson Special Reserve. Ironically, my second Peterson was acquired only 2 weeks later as an Estate 2001 St. Patrick's Day XL21.

Note: I have both of these blends, so I'm looking forward to them:

We need our own "Green 2017" thread. Man that bulldog's sharp!
In fairness, that's a stock photo I grabbed from Peterson's site. When I was looking, they have a couple of very slight variations in the bowl-to-shank transition and I opted for the "beefier" look for mine.
Now you have me wondering why I didn't attempt to find any St. Patrick's Day tobacco...
Green in 17...I like it.

That's a sharp-looking pipe, Hobbit! This morning I was looking at a similar one at my local, but I really wanted a quarter-bent bulldog which they didn't have and I therefore ended up with a nice quarter-bent St Patrick's Rhodesian. I think Peterson *really* got the St Patrick's Day series right this year...
