Great time yesterday. Craig and his pipe experts were very helpful. The Laudisi rep from N. Myrtle Beach attended and gave some great insights. I picked up several pipes, including this new old stock Mauro Armellini. I love the way the maker assures you it is unsmoked, complete with wax seal.

It was sweet! I had a lovely time talking and smoking with some fellow pipers as well as the very nice sales reps. That's a great brick and mortar I'll have to keep it in mind when I'm in that area.

Walked out with four new tins and a pipe, a little early Christmas present to me. Already cracked into the Crooner and the Cumberland at the event and they're probably going to feature heavy in the future rotation.

Pretty cool event tonight. About 15-20 pipe smokers in The Pipe Rack’s large lounge. Savinelli, Nording, 4th Generation and Peterson pipes were 20% off. Laudisi rep brought a lot of pipes. The shop always has a large supply of tins of C&D, Savinelli, GLP and most of the other major blenders along with a large list of house blends. No discounts on tobacco, though. The staff and owner Craig are great hosts for this event, and they stayed open til 10pm.

i picked up a Savinelli and Peterson pipe but was most excited to find two tins of Sutliff’s 175th Anniversary Silver Quarters which I missed out on when they were first issued.
