Looks great! Thank you for sharing. I know absolutely nothing about what you're doing or your process but I do have a question. Why didn't you cut the frets to proper length and polish the ends before you pressed them in? To me, it seems like a risky process cutting them to length sanding and polishing while they are in the neck.

That’s a really good question!

It’s actually easier (and quicker) to trim and bevel them all at the same time on the neck. You also run the risk of the ends not being lined up straight down the length of the board when being pressed in. Also, the leveling process kind of negates any prep you would do on the ends. It all gets sanded!
