I can't read the hallmark letter, but I don't believe on the Commemorative releases they were stamped with a grade number (2 shown here).

Great Find!! Looks to be from 1924. Commemoratives don’t have grade stamping that I’ve ever seen.

Let’s hope so. Another thing that got me suspicious was the stem is this style common for the era? I am sorry but I have limited experience with really old Petes and I still can’t find a copy of the book for reference…
No (I don't believe they were stamped with a grade number, my 1910 was not.)

Yes it is pretty much the same as the 1923, also the seller did not specify any dimensions but he called the pipe XXL so that checks too with it being a house pipe. Thank you so much!!!
Oh wow if I got the conversion to normal people units right(sorry I just had to
) this a Giant pipe! I bet it's not a surprise for you folks, but the biggest Pete I've had is a 9s deluxe and it was too big... Now I am really excited, because I love my smaller pipes during the day, but at night I love me a 2-3 hour smoke. I will also try not to do any research on resell value, so I don't get tempted into selling it.
