Who is watching?
Been exciting so far. Some great overtakes as well as a number of shunts. Its great seeing so many cars in the top category all looking quite different. Peugeot design has no rear wing. Cheering on the Ferrari's here, but also intrigued by the Chip Ganassi Cadillac, but especially the Nascar Camaro. F1 champ Jesmond Button is one of that cars drivers.

A fun tangential "degrees of separation" thing:

The 1965 winner of the Le Mans 24 hr was Masten Gregory. I was good friends with his kid, Masten Jr., in elementary school. We lived a couple blocks apart. Met the dad many times in the course of doing kid stuff---building model cars, attending auto events, etc. Even met Rodger Ward (a two-time Indy 500 winner) once.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

watched the start of it but its not a patch on the isle of man tt,
I like watching the TT as well. It is balls out stuff, however I started this thread hoping people may be interested in Le Mans. If the death on a stick nature of the TT is your thing, and bragging about how TT riders are the only true motorspot legends, then just pop off and start a thread on it. Toodle pip. Loving Le Mans here.👋

I’m a fan and I’ve been watching in and out today. Reading up on the engines to see how the power works for Hyper cars. Love the GT cars. Some super great driving so far and some close action. Unfortunately it’s mostly showing the Hyper cars on our US coverage.
