2015 Magnolia Pipe Club Christmas party

It was a slightly smaller turn out, but we were competing with The Force Awakens.. Needless to say it was a cold night outside but the air and brair was warm inside.

Sorry my wife and I couldn't make the party this year, but it looks like the usual good time. We were down there a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed the company of a few of the local pipers, and smoked some new stuff, and bought a couple of tins of tobacco to try. My wife liked the "whatever" tobaccos in the jar, and we got some of that too.
Hope everyone has a great holiday, and we'll see you next year.

Well we figured on between 50 and 60 folks and only got maybe 25 there but it meant everyone went home with a door prize. There was like 20 different tobaccos to be had(provided by the Pipe Club) some CS mugs and even a pipe stand and a leather 4 pipe bag we gave away for game prizes.
It was alot of fun

Nice gathering; I'd love to have something closer that wouldn't require more than a 20 minute trip but I don't think Dayton has anything central going on. Split Beard pipes had a place I discovered about 4 months after they shut it down. Looks like it was a lot of fun.
