My wife caught me looking at Etsy for some Leather Pipe Stands, and she went into my closet and grabbed an old belt that I never used... "Go make it yourself" she said, so I did. Ten minutes later, I had three different pipe stands from a crappy old belt that I would never use again. Here's a shot of all three:

Individually:

Using some screw in studs:

Using my favourite Cuff Links:

Using the existing loops from the original belt (The Foreground Belt Stand):

Not bad for ten minutes and no investment other than the original belt. What do you think?

Well done. I did made also with a belt 5 pcs. One is 3 pcs stick togather like a 4th picture.

But yours is much better than mine. It is very useful with no cost.

Nice idea! And the cuff links idea is really nifty! This gets me to thinking that the whole belt can be used in a one-piece, multi-pipe stand by shaping it into a serpentine sort of pattern so the pipes alternately face forward and backward. Those of us with ample waistlines could store an entire rotation with just one or two belts!

I like this idea, have an old belt that is too small and some cuff links that were my fathers. I can make use of it all
