Probably a 50’s or 60’s pipe, not sure. Fun little restoration while watching TV with the wife. This one has a dented rim from knocking and a replacement tenon, so it will be in the home rotation. As such, I just gave it the quick n dirty version. Wet sandpaper, magic eraser, jeweler’s cloth, hand drill buffing wheel, and some carnauba. About 30 minutes total.

You didn’t happen to notice if there was anything stamped on the underside of the stem, near the shank.
The logo looks like late ‘40’s to mid ‘50’s.
Haha, yep, you told me that via PM and I misremembered the dates ?

Stem stamps are MIA in their entirety. But since you are here you can probably confirm for me that this is a replacement tenon (which was of course not mentioned in the ebay listing)

I’m guessing it is, unless barling made white tenons at some point. A67EAFE0-5DB4-4A74-95F6-57D6B94C6F6B.jpeg

Clearly the repairer wasn't trying to hide anything. No, Barling didn't make white tenons, but they did make aluminum tenons for their "De Luxe" series.

I'd still hazard a 1947 thru 1955 guess, based on the Logo and other stampings.
