I wouldn't recommend gastric sleeve surgery for everyone, especially younger people, but for those of us who have struggled with weight our entire lives and failed repeatedly it's a good option.

This diet is basically my last chance to avoid it, so I am taking it seriously and having some success. That seems like a ton of delicious meat on that tray!

I had gastric sleeve surgery and my wife and I will get another 3 meals out of that.

I would definitely accept that meal into my day. Had to throw a couple of steaks onto the broiler because of that photo.?
