    GENOD Hallmarks?

Just finished renewal of this lightweight Genod canadian pipe, but couldn't sort out the hallmarks on its collar. As far I understood there are no mandatory silver hallmarks in France since 1832 or so. Providing the Genod brand was introduced around 1970 the hallmarks are rather for...

    One of OXFORD Pipes

This unsmoked pipe became a subject of a special investigation. Many more and less known manufacturers applied the "Oxford" stamping on their pipes: Wilczak & Colwell mention S. MC Lardy, Sasieni, J. Redman, Hall & Fitzgerald, Carrington, Orlik and even GBD! Pipephil refers to Wilczak & Colwell...

    Dunhill Red Bark strange filter?

Recently renewed 1975 Red Bark. Quite an unusual and confusing construction: the tennon looks like made for a filter but the hole diameter is only 5.8 mm (0.23"). Thus both 9 mm and 6 mm filters won't fit there. Does anyone has an idea what it could mean? :-)

Small pre-republic Peterson De Luxe no COM

Gentlemen, I might be wrong but it seems this pipe has recently celebrated its century. The specific construction of the button says that the pipe is really old, the beginning of the XX century or at least - pre WWII. It has no COM what as far I learned was possible in the period of 1910-1915...

    PALM pipes?

These "palm pipes" are still a mistery. I obtained a few pipes from England with the palm logo on stems. There are no other stamping except the "SUPREME LONDON MADE" on the lovat. So far I didn't find any information neither on pipephil nor at other popular ressources. Does anyone has any idea...

Dunhill London 107 before, after and the dating issue

Hi All, There's one of the recently restored pipes. The stamping says "A", "DUNHILL LONDON". "*", "MADE IN ENGLAND PAT № 1343253 /20", "107". The dating is a bit complicated - there's no year suffix. Pipephil states it can be either 1927 or 1941. I am in a doubt so far: there's no "Inner tube"...

"Prima" pipe with the in diamond?

Hello and greetings from Ukraine! I am a bit confused with this pipe. I learned From J.M. Lopez that "Prima" was one of the Comoy's seconds, but I've never seen Comoy's with such a logo on the stem. :puffpipe: Any suggestions or ideas with identifying the pipe will be highly welcomed!
