Well, I Just Discovered One Thing...
I have found very few outdoor jobs or activities that make it hard to enjoy a pipe while doing them, I think tobacco and pipe selection have a great deal to do with it.- smokinokie

Pipe Filters Reconsidered
One of my favorite pipes is my Dr. Grabow Omega, I can not smoke it without a filter in place, when I have tried I ends up a gurgling, goofy mess. With a filter in place it's all a-ok.- smokinokie

Pipe Filters
By no means am I a pipe guru, but I have found that my pipes which are designed to use a filter, perform much better with the filter in place. Although I do occasionally smoke them without a filter, it is generally more enjoyable with a filter.- smokinokie
