Bent or Straight Stems
I agree with straight pipes being easier to clean and less prone to gurgle but I just love a big pipe with a bent stem. And most of mine are just that. -

Raku Firing
In charge of a raku firing that went very well today. No bubbles in the glaze and we had some sawdust laying around for the reduction.
