I’m a huge H.P. Lovecraft fan and I really enjoy most of C&D’s ‘Old Ones’ series. ‘Awakened Elder’, in particular, has become one of my favorite blends and I typically smoke some at least once a day. It just so happens that’s what I am currently smoking!- rondyr

Birth Year Pipe
I came close to finding a birth year Dunhill only a year ago when my local B&M had a few estates for sale, all popular brands, and all ridiculously cheap. Thoughts on Stanwell.
I do not own any Stanwells in my collection yet, but I plan on it. They seem to be a good value for the price, and they have some nice designs. Although they are now a "factory, machine-made pipe" for the most part, I've yet to hear anyone say that they are poor smokers. -

If You Could Only Have One Pipe
If I could only have one pipe... I'd probably go completely insane. But if I had to choose only one, I would choose my Peterson Aran x105, as it has consistently been an excellent smoker.- rondyr

Frog Morton's Cellar is a fantastic blend! Good choice on that, Brandzig, and welcome to the community! I would recommend that you try Frog Morton On The Bayou (my personal favorite), Dunhill Nightcap, and www.pipesandcigars.com 's Black House. I think that you will love them.- rondyr

Regarding Your Roation...
My rotation depends upon the day and how busy I am, but I typically smoke one or two of my briars each day and then rest them after one, perhaps two, bowls each for a few days, and I have a large amount of MM Cobs to smoke whenever I want or when I doing activities that I would be afraid to...- rondyr
