    I tried Esoterica Margate

It really is a fantastic smoke. If you enjoyed it you should try Pembroke as well. It's a bit sweeter due to the cognac, but only just enough. I find the two of them can generally fit a mood for me. Welcome to the fold and enjoy the journey. :)

***What Are You Smoking *** (July 2014)

Dunhill Nightcap in an unknown Meerschaum that my wife found for me in Morro Bay on our 5th wedding anniversary. It's a great pipe but it's even better because I think of her and that trip every time I pick it up.

Suggest a G.L. Pease Blend, Please Friends.

I'll always recommend Jackknife plug, but during the heat of summer I really enjoy Key Largo. I got a tin of it for Christmas and it didn't really do much for me but I revisited it the other week and it is heavenly in the heat. It especially takes well to larger bowls and cobs.

Must visit Pipe shops in San Fran??

I was there about a year ago for a few days. There was only one tobacconist in walking distance (for me) and they were decently stocked but not as friendly as I was hoping. However, I can say that you MUST check out The Occidental Cigar Club (http://www.occidentalcigarclub.com/). It's a...

Are You a Pipe or Tobacco Person?

I consider myself as both. I find the various makes and types of pipes fascinating combined with how they can affect the flavor of the same tobacco. I also enjoy the various blends and styles of making tobaccos and how much the same leaf can be affected by various processing. With that being...

    Safety Razor Questions

Hi pipenscotch, I switched to a safety razor a few years ago and I have loved every shave since then. Hopefully I can answer a few of your questions. 1. You can reuse a razor blade multiple times. Depending on the thickness of your beard and the hair itself this can be 3-8 times (roughly)...
