    Hershey Pa

    There are no good pipes tobacco shops in the Hershey/ Harrisburg area (stores only cater to cigar smokers). I live there. Boswells is way more than 25 miles away. It would take a good hour or more to get there from Hershey.

    Reading between the lines of this it appears to me to be more of an attempt to capture RYO tobacco and small cigars into a more taxable category than to ban current products and destroy an entire marketplace. I could be wrong though.

    Sudden attack of PAD...

    I would pull the filter out of the cob or I would change the filter after each smoke. They can serve a purpose, but they can ruin a smoke because they get all wet and smelly.
