Is this a Re-stemmed and Banded Savinelli?

In part of my recent lot purchase is this pipe. It has me a bit baffled as to what is going on with it. Initially I thought it was a Savinelli Autograph 4 (which I still think it may be) but the band and stem have me perplexed if it wasn’t re-stemmed/silver banded. I tried the ol Google-Fu but...

    Todays treasure hoard!

All came from one place and purchased as a lot from a lady who found them in a storage locker. Standouts are a Savinelli Autograph 4, Preben Holms, Ben Wade, Custombilt, GBD Prodigy, Jobey, and others (some I don’t know anything about). Time to start the restoration on them. Surprised at how...

    One I’m considering

This is one that has been offered to me but the person doesn’t know much about it and I don’t either. Any insight into this pipe from the meer specialists would be greatly appreciated so I can make a fair offer. Thank you :)

    Home office looking better now

Finally got my dads Decatur pipe cabinet and pictures hung on the wall of my home office. Looks much better now that the cabinet isn’t sitting on top of the deep freezer. This brings me great joy! Feel free to post your office or lounge area photos.

Taxes or duties on pipes from CA to US?

I am considering purchasing a pipe from Canada. Anyone have experience with doing so and if taxes/duties have been prohibitive? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Todays Antique shop Finds

Spent less than $100 and brought home some treasures. Most happy with the Peterson Junior that was unsmoked but stem needs some polishing, a Falcon, a Mastersen Freehand volcano sitter, the stand, and a never used Ronson Viking lighter from the 50’s. Was a fun hunt.

    GBD pipe

I’ll be honest and say I have no interest in this pipe and really want to know if it’s worth listing or trading. This was part of my fathers collection. I did Google-fu and can’t find any info of this. This isn’t a “I want to see if I hit something big” here..:I’m keeping and smoking the...

One my Grandfather Brought Back from WW2.

This is a large pipe that has some interesting details. Not finding any indication of where it was made or who made it.

    Any Ideas?

Found this while going through my dads collection. I don’t see anything on it which identifies it. I believe this may be one that my grandfather brought back from Europe because he brought back a larger decorative pipe as well from WW2. Anyone see one like this before or know where I can try...

    Heya from the heartland; Kansas

New to all of this, at the spry age of 48, after getting a head start from my late fathers collection. Been having a lot of fun with the hobby so far and it also keeps me connected with my dad. Added a few tins of my own and a couple pipes. Outside of this new venture, I’m usually chasing...
