Spirits and Bowl Cleaning
I've seen a few videos where whiskey was used to clean the bowl. What are some of the spirits you have used to clean your pipe? One fella used salt and a cleaner designed for pipes...could you use kosher salt and brandy or scotch? Just wonderin'. -

that was dumb...
I took a stem from one pipe and tried to place it into the shank of another pipe. It seemed to go in easy but when I tried to pull it out tension piece came out of it and other stem cracked when I tried to insert it! I post this for the newbs, like me, who might consider a bonehead move like... -
