    1 Grabow for 1 Year (8/2/19)

What a great thread & story! I have been piping for less time than this experiment so it helps me to "keep it real" in terms of being obsessed with how much rest a pipe gets and needing an unlimited supply of pipes. I think it was you that said, "My pipes work for me, I don't work them" Good...

    Favorite Tobacco?

As a newb, sugestions here were the main influence for me. It got me trying all of the different catagories. Also, as was suggested here, my tastes are changing as time passes and my technique improves. I am definitely jarring those I am unsure of for future revisits.

I've definitely plunged into the deep end while trying to remain patient. I'm experimenting with flakes and coins and working on slowing my sip. I've also added a Winslow to my SmokingPipes wishlist on your advice? Thanks for the warm welcome!

None of these were on my radar yet....just added them to my hitlist. Thanks! The Carter Hall is already enroute along with other codger blends. I'll definitely check out the Maltese Falcon and others' reccommended GL Pease blends. Thanks for the suggestions. I tried to order the EMP but...

    Savinelli Eleganza 320

That's a handsome pipe, ENJOY! I liked it so much I tried to add it to my wish list. Unfortunately, I learned that they are hard to find in the States. The cheapest I could find (from Italy) was 128 euro.... I'll keep my eyes open. CONGRATS on the score!

    Why Smoke A Pipe?

I tend to over-extend myself and my attitude suffers from the stress. The pipe forces me to stop and take a little time for myself. Plus, like sable said, I enjoy it.
