    Kaywoodie Pipe Chart

Hello, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Day and weekend. Hopefully it included a few relaxing bowls. I’m looking to identify the year of manufacturing for a Kaywoodie Drinkless 205S estate pipe. Is there a website or source that list the shapes, numbers and years that someone could...

    Help with Identifying "SELBY" Pipe

Hello, Can anyone help with some info on this pipe? It is stamped "SELBY" on the shank. There is no other marks or stamping. It looks like to be a Custombilt clone. I have checked the usual go to sites, Pipedia, Pipephil, Reborn Pipes and had no luck. Maybe one of the pipe gurus might have some...

    A few Custom-Bilt pipes

Wow! What a great collection! I have been pipe smoking and collection around 3 years now and have recently discovered Custom-Bilt pipes! I have to say they are becoming my favorite to collect and smoke. The carved CB with the horse head is fantastic. Congrats! From what I have read online they...

    Amber Stems

Thanks everyone for the leads and advice. I will look into the best route regarding repairing & replacing them. I'll most likely have them replaced with acrylic stems for smoking and keep the original ones for collector & historical value. Thanks again.

    Pipe Cleaners & "Quality"....Who Cares?

I use whatever is on sale at the time and stock up on them. Then when I start running low I'll start looking for another sale. But I do stick with the brands names from pipe stores to help support the trade. I really don't have any one that I like over the other. They all seem to do the job...

    Amber Stems

Hey Gang, Does anyone know of someone that still makes amber replacement stems for old pipes? I know its a slim chance but a slim chance is better than none. Thanks.

    LHS All Briar Restoration.

Wow! That is a beauty of a pipe! Great job on the restoration. Never knew that LHS made a line of briar stemmed pipes, very cool indeed! Question- is that a push in or threaded stem?

Gustave A. Fischer Pipes- Buffalo NY Receipt

Thanks dmcmtk & beefeater33 for the links, what a great article by Ben Rapaport! I was born and raised in Buffalo NY and was my catalyst to picking these up and add them to my pipe collection. I never knew of Fischer pipes until I stumbled on them a week ago. I can offer a high-rez scan of the...

Gustave A. Fischer Pipes- Buffalo NY Receipt

Here is a link to the pipes and pipe rack. It seems the rack was home made. There is no Fischer stamps or indication that it was made by Fischer besides the brass letters spelling out "FICSHER PIPES" on the front. But who knows it may be a Fischer rack. 7 of the pipes came with the rack...
