Hats of to Anthony (piffyr) for a job well done. This is my first Dunhill, I wanted to keep this pipe as original as possible although I knew it would mean keeping some bumps and bruises. The stem was a mess with a crushed bite zone and a nice hole on one side. The patch job Anthony did was... -

That’s a fine pipe, if you haven’t worked on stems before just go to hobby lobby in the model department, they will have square foam pieces of sandpaper from 3200g to 12,000g and go through them. you could use some of that obsidian oil after that.
