    Welcome! I've just recently returned and also started smoking a pipe in memory of my father. When I smoked before it was only 1 bowl a day, 2 to 3 max if I was feeling up to it, lol. Take it slow and sample all there is to sample out there. Its a fun journey!

    @Embers Also, thanks for the info about blood sugar. I had no idea that is what caused the nausea and that nicotine did that. After reading that I did correlate the symptoms to that of a diabetic with a dropping blood sugar. Perhaps now I can avoid that unpleasantness and enjoy my pipes again!
