Old Pre-colored JTS Meerschaum
This old timer was listed as a BIN on eBay. It had the Make Offer function open so I did. It was an easy meet in the middle deal. The telltale sunset coloring of a lightly used pre-colored old meerschaum pulled me in. The case label says: JTS Best Make". Seems like it might be a store rebranded...- xrundog

Antique NPW Cased Bent Meerschaum
This is my latest pipe. I gave it a cleaning and fixed some tooth wear on the amberoid stem. The rim cap is dinged a bit, but it's okay. The draft is decent and it smokes good. Probably a 1900ish pipe.- xrundog

What is the earliest Well pipe?
You've probably seen this discussion before. But I've never seen a definitive answer to the question. Peterson patented the system pipe in 1890 or so. I think the form existed before then but I'm having a hard time proving it. As I find old photos and ads of well pipes I'll post them here... -
