I think you may have misunderstood something there mate. Cigars, chewing tobacco and snuff are charged at $1576.57 plus gst but you don’t need a permit (up to 1.5kg). Pipe tobacco, cigarettes, ryo require you to have an import permit and you can’t import them through the mail...- RaoulDuke

That shop had another natural house pipe for sale that I bought. The pipe was the exact one in the picture so I think it would be the same for this one. Also, they will deduct the VAT if you live outside of Europe. -
Storing Opened Tins
Thanks for the advice guys. I think I might have to get some jars. I might even do an experiment and do half jars and half in the tupperware. The tupperware container is quite similar to the case in the link you posted mingc, it has the clips and the rubber seal. Also, vegemite does come in jars...- RaoulDuke

Storing Opened Tins
Good point mate and thanks for the reply. I live in a sub tropical part of Australia, pretty humid in summer but fairly dry in winter. And the blends I have are English, Va and VaPer from Dunhill/Peterson, Samuel Gawith, Davidoff, Cornell & Diehl and Mac Baren. I can be more specific if needed.- RaoulDuke
