What's Your Favorite Pipe for Backpacking or Camping?
I have a Dr Plumb pipe I take when I go hillwalking etc. If I broke it or lost it I wouldn’t be too bothered. If the wind made it smoke too hot I wouldn’t be bothered. But it still smokes well. I struggle with a corn cob both for aesthetics and for smokability.- Fiddlepiper

GH Jamaican flake bulked out with some straight VA flake as there wasn’t quite a bowlful left in the sample I had. Works surprisingly well and adds a little more sweetness to it. Smoked in a Comoy’s Royal Shape 42.- Fiddlepiper

G&H Bright CR Flake. Any Fans?

Sure does. Gave up on it and had some Ken Byron Dread planet in a Oiseau Briars Commission followed by some Black Mallory in a Flemming Lovat. Both of which hit the spot beautifully. Crisis averted. ?- Fiddlepiper

Recommend Me an Aromatic Please
I’m a bit late to this this but I’ll throw my penny’s worth in.... I rate the Rattray’s Aros quite highly. I think you still get enough tobacco flavour whilst them not being too heavily topped and still tasting the toppings. I think they are all good but Tower Bridge is my favourite.
