I'll toss in another recommendation for Daughters & Ryan Two Timer if you're a fan of Pegasus! It's a bit milder than Pegasus and burns quickly since it's completely uncased, so pack it a bit tighter than you normally would, but it has a lovely mellow nutty woody flavor and is about as smooth...- Skippy Piper

How much do you cellar?
