***What Are You Smoking, October 2023?***

Starting the week with a bowl of C&d’s Warped: The Haunting cake in a Big Ben churchwarden. This is my first taste of this blend and so far it is quite enjoyable.

Bowl of C&D Corn Cob Pipe in a Big Ben churchwarden to celebrate Georgia Tech’s surprise victory over Miami. Gotta love college football.

Jim's C&D Corn Cob Pipe & A Button Nose Review.

I am trying my first bowl of this now. I agree with everything @JimInks said. It is a pleasant all day smoke and the aromatic aspect is, to me, lingering in the background like a warm, nostalgic holiday song playing softly in the next room. It could easily replace my tub of Carter hall as my...

First bowl of C&D Corn Cob Pipe. I chose a nice big Sav Hercules. Also giving the new tamper a go.

    Recent TAD Pick-Ups

A couple of blends I haven’t tried yet along with a Larry Blackett tamper. The tamper has a nice weight to it, can’t wait to try it out.

    Atlanta Area Good Pipe B&Ms

That is a shame. There are plenty of shops closer to me that sell cigars so I won't have any reason to head down to Tucker anymore... :-(

***What Are You Smoking, October 2023?***

First of the month was a bowl of Carter Hill in a Dunhill. Winding down the day with something a little different…

Sorry for the loss. I've been there (was out of town when we had to let go of our very first dog) and it isn't easy.

Show Me Pipe Rack / Storage Options

I picked up a leather hanger on Etsy a few months ago. That inside a spare filing cabinet gets the job done for me. Utilitarian if not particularly decorative.

    Atlanta Area Good Pipe B&Ms

Oh man I hope they don't. Edward's shut down several years ago and I'm not sure how many pipe-friendly brick and mortar stores are left inside/near the perimeter.

Puff N Stuff is an excellent choice. It's too late for the OP now, but for future reference if you've got the time consider driving up to Smitty's Cigar Lounge up in Gainseville - it's about an hour north of the city but definitely worth the drive.

Brief GH Brown Flake Unscented Review

(Posted before I read the entire thread) My last order of Dark Birdseye Vintage Cut had zero floral/aromatic essence. Fantastic blend, btw. Before that I did have an order of Louisiana Flake that smelled of my grandmother's hand soap, so some cross contamination happened. I may order...

    The Most Disappointing Tobacco

I'll throw another out there - Haunted Bookshop. It had been hyped up quite a bit as an all day blend of great quality. I don't doubt the quality of the leaf, but if someone made an aromatic from durian fruit, it would be Haunted Bookshop.
