B&M Find: Radice Oil Cured & Twin Bore (info?)

Not long ago I walked into a local B&M and found this Radice with a sticker from the early 2000s. It was from the previous owner of the location before the current owner moved in. I know very little about the oil curing or the twin bore attempts. Happy to learn anything you can share about it...

A pipe smoker spotted in public? It’s like encountering a grizzly. How do I know which ones climb trees? How do I know which ones I need to play dead with? The last time I spotted a smoker he wasn’t interested in chatting.

"Breaking In" A Briar Pipe? Fact or Fiction?

Break in a pipe like it is your cast iron skillet. You use it. Put things in it you enjoy and repeat. Don’t use soap!

Breaking in an Uncoated New Pipe

It is like cast iron and the seasoning they get over time: If you are using the pipe, then it will look broken in. Nothing seasons cast iron like using it.

Vulcanite vs Acrylic Stems.....Which do you Prefer?

My Ross, Savinelli Seconds, have vulcanite. So does my normal Savinelli, but it’s true that Savinelli puts out way more acrylic.

    With Whom Would You Smoke?

He was a huge inspiration for Latin American Writers in the 20th century. They brought him up all the time, some of them Nobel prize winners. What are 2 or 3 novels I should start with to get reading William Faulkner?
