That is probably the first time you’ve got a like from me because at least I detected a sort of humour. Greetings from „he“ on the other side of the Atlantic.
You misunderstood, of course he is an excellent expert, he proved it in many of his how to videos, but in this thread he is not of real guidance. As I said the tone makes the music. As skilful he might be, I wouldn’t choose that man as a teacher.
Sorry I can’t see any guidance of an experienced craftsman. He’s shouting out dogmas. It’s the way he does his lectures on the op that aren’t constructive at all.
Actually I thought of Robert Franks film Pull my Daisy Ginsbergs poetry included.
Ah man, you’re a boar. Yes we all have heard you calling out loud once at the beginning of the thread, that it’s not a billiard, and you’re right it isn’t. But once again you behave like the one and only pipe pope. Is the cow holy? Is the pipe holy? That’s how I became to know you. Come on man...

I wouldn’t buy it, for that price are still much pipes to buy without a crack, But if you’ve fallen in love with that pipe, my opinion means nothing. Buy it smoke it, cracked bowls aren’t easy to repair.
My Falcon looked similar, when it arrived two years ago. A Charred Rim on top one side burned out of round. I decided to take off a few millimetres with 400 grid sandpaper the bowl upside down on the sandpaper on a table and stained it new you can use fiebngs leather dye. Now it is like that...

All I can read here is regulations about advertising tobacco products. But pipes aren’t tobacco products. There is a ton of advertisements for pipes especially on this forum.
