What Cigar Are You Smoking? 2025

Mid-day Antaño little, these are really growing on me. Looking forward to trying the Machito... This Aladino Petite was overstuffed, tight, and absolutely great VSG Tres Mystique to close things out. Another winner, about 7 month's rest, and probably counts for Fuente Friday :)

What Cigar Are You Smoking? 2025

Another little Antaño earlier today. To me, these are fine right off the truck. Interested to see what happens with a little rest... Later, after massive rains, trying Fuente's Casa Cuba line Feels bigger than 5 X 50... Quite good but I don't think it unseats the Magnum R RSG 44 for my tastes

What Cigar Are You Smoking? 2025

I smoked one of these little Antaños already Good, very tannic. No regrets. We'll see how they settle in This 5 X 60 Marco V Gold feels like a monster. My WI family are big fans of this brand (one of them gifted this to me last summer) $4-5 for full sized smokes that are pretty good. If...

    Favorite Cigarillos?

Do you happen to know the difference between a Fuente Cubanito and Exquisito? Besides 1/64th of an inch? I'll add Joya de Nicaragua Antaño to our growing list These are 4 X 32, and come 10 to a tin. About $2 apiece I haven't tried these yet, just received a few tins today. From the JdN...

Hey All Show Us Your Pooches!

We try to give them a good life :) plenty of exercise AKC says "brave to the point of rashness." Yep. My girl once threw her harness to charge at a pit across a field. I just barely got a hold of her back haunches before... well, that probably would not have ended well.

What Cigar Are You Smoking? 2025

Me neither. For 20 years, when I would only smoke a couple cigars per year (if that), I would always grab a 1992 or Decade. I should really revisit both...

What Cigar Are You Smoking? 2025

Funny, those little Acids (the red ones) were my gateway into serious cigar smoking... I sometimes wonder if I'd still like 'em... There is only one N.A.S., yes from La Flor Dominicana. They are strong but also quite tasty. I'm about to buy a box I think. For what it's worth they seem to like...

Hey All Show Us Your Pooches!

Sydney, my girl, is 6 Walter von Teckelhound is 4 This was quite possibly the best day of his life Dachshunds (these are minis) are tenacious little things. Bred for independence, persistence, and holding critters at bay with a bark you can hear from well underground It's been fun...

What Cigar Are You Smoking? 2025

Thank you! On the North (MN) shore of Superior it's not really my game. Rivers are steep and runs are in the spring. Ice out X flow X water temp come together for a fast and furious season that's quite popular. On the South (WI) shore the grade is less, and fish come up in the fall and...
