    Whether it's real or imaginary I definitely like smoking particular tobaccos out of particular shapes. I find I like straight pipes for VAs, half bends for English, and full bends for aromatics.

    Lane has a tobacco I had for the first time last night literally called burley without a bite. It has a surprisingly low score on TR for how inoffensive it is. Its the definition of an all day smoke: light, pleasant, slightly sweet. Also drier tobacco bites me a lot less.

    I'd say this is generally true with the exception of certain blends containing Virginia. Mcclellands and C&D admittedly made blends that they thought would improve over time.

    When did K&K take over? I had a tin from 2009/10 that I opened then but then forgot about for 10 years when I stopped smoking from 2011-2020. It was dry as hell but very delicious, definitely had a flavor on it, I guess licorice.
