Not expand it but if a state takes this information given to it and charges the tax to the individual citizen of that same state it is an end run around Quill and maybe constitutionally legitimate. The Court seems okay with a state asking for that sales information but doesn't say anything about enforcement of it. Since it is across state lines it would be a federal case I believe.
