Deniz Ural has been in the meerschaum business for many years, selling pipes from numerous carvers. Now he does specialize in pipes crafted by Fikri Baki. If you send him an email with pictures of your pipe, he might be able to tell you who carved it. -
I Want A Meerschaum
I have has nothing but positive experiences buying meerschaum pipes from Altinok and Deniz Ural, the fellow who sells Mr. Baki's pipes. -
Broken Meerschaum, (Sorta) Fixed With Egg White and Chalk.

Regarding Baki pipes: I have five of them and they are my most smoked pipes. I hold them in very high regard, as I do Deniz Ural, who sells them. -

What Is Meerschaum ?? And Do You Have One?
I have many meers, and in my life I've had over 100. There are huge variations in the smoking qualities of Meerschaums - and it's easy to get a loser, even if the brand is reputable. The five I have carved by F. Baki are outstanding in every way.- jerry

How Do You Know About Meerschaum?
I agree with brian64. Baki Meerschaums are excellent, and Deniz is a fine fellow to do business with. I own five Baki's and they are my favorite Meerschaums. By the way, I ONLY smoke Meerschaums. -

FINALLY! Firedance Flake!
I just popped a ten-year-old tin of Firedance Flake. Perfect moisture right out of the tin and ... wonderful! This is one aro that greatly benefited from the aging, in my opinion.- jerry
