I like to use businesses that I don't even know how the customer service is because I don't (or shouldn't) need it. My final straw with 4noggins was selling me tobacco they claimed was in stock, then weeks later after finally answering my inquiries, saying the delay is that it was out of stock...- --dante--

Love at First Smoke?
I've had a few I 'loved at first smoke' that didn't in the long stay in the daily smoke category for me. Three that were 'love at first smoke' and _do_ remain in my daily (or at least every other day) rotation are Kramer's Father Dempsey, Billy Budd, and Ten Russians.- --dante--

Any Love for Penny Farthing?
It wasn't so much just that it's a shag, but a shag Va/Per, which I didn't know of any so I was inclined to try it. Actually, I slice my plugs so thin and rub them out that they all end up being shags as well. I like the cut.- --dante--
