    What tobacco to get in Amsterdam?

    As a Dutchman, I can highly recommend Hajenius at Rokin. It’s an excellent store for cigars and pipe tobacco. They have several standard brands that are readily available (such as Winsløw, MacBaren, etc.). You can also blend your own tobacco or have it done for you. Been there recently.

    I’ve not been active on PM for a while now since the birth of our baby girl last January. Heck, I have only smoked a pipe outside, which is new to me. Usually I smoke in the comfort of my home. I took the chance to smoke a nice Altinay with some MacBaren Classic Flake while listening to Chis Rea.

    I do it the Italian way. Espresso in the morning and coffee during the day. Real coffee comes to you dark as a hazel-eye. No bullshit polluting my glorious beans. You don’t go milking a bear to get cream either. It’s a whole lot of trouble, and then not worth much after you get it.
