McClelland Tins - Suggestions?
I recommend the Oriental mixtures. #1 and #8 are the ones I've tried so far and I really like both of them. #1 is very mild and recommended if you've not had oriental blends before, just to give you a taste without being overwhelmed, IMHO. :puffpipe:- pappy

Firefly
Shiny! Absolutely one of the best TV shows and films ever made. The casting on that show was excellent. So many great scenes it's hard to pick a favorite. It's such a shame that short sighted producers and executives had to kill it off so soon. Brown coats unite!- pappy

Zippo or IMCO lighter? which one is better?
I use a zippo case with a vector insert. It is built the same as a zippo pipe insert but uses butane instead of lighter fluid. I have not had a single problem with this one or the straight flame insert I had before it. I highly recommend them.- pappy

Favorite Pipe Finishes?
I agree... stained and waxed. Oil is good for outdoor pipes, ones that can take a little more rough handling and not look too beat up for it. Just my opinion. :wink:- pappy
