It was just a cutesy thing. Flick your choice of alcohol on a dry tobacco of your choice and then give it a toss and an hour or so to even out. I don’t really mess with production blends though because you’re messing with the Ph (adding tobaccos) and burn rate (alcohol) as it was intended- brooklynpiper

Peterson EMP vs Amphora English
I have not tried the Amphora but I think 965 or Nightcap is better for someone new. I think EMP has a tendency to get a little harsh when there is any over-puffing or if there's a breeze. The other two have more body and are less finicky.- brooklynpiper

What’s the deal with Rattray’s Marlin Flake?
I have had this experience of Marlin Flake being goopy and undryable. It is probably the worst of any blend I have that isn't an aromatic. I believe my tin was from 2018. OG I got from around that time was the same.- brooklynpiper
