    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

Got my tin of John Aylesbury Luxury Flake in the mail yesterday and just finished my first bowl. I wasn't impressed and I wasn't disappointed, its a good VA flake. I also received a tin of Dan's Hamborger Veermaster and I'm currently smoking my first bowl of it and I am really enjoying it.

***What Are You Drinking?*** January 2022

First time trying some Hoegaarden wheat beer. It's pretty good but probably wouldn't buy it again.

    Santa's Room Note Candle

It's not offensive to me and I find it quite pleasant but I would never buy another to burn.

I love billiards, they are possibly my favorite shape....can't decide if I like billiards or apples more.

    Santa's Room Note Candle

So the candle has been burning for about 45 minutes....I cannot say it smells of cherry pipe tobacco and old books...I can't quite figure out what it smells like but there is definitely hints of patchouli.

    Santa's Room Note Candle

Just picked up 2 from my local Hobby Lobby. One to burn and one to keep for decor in my smoke room. I am going to fire it up later today when I get home from work and I'll report back on how it smells.

    Burley Trials

You've definitely got to try Mac Baren's HH Burley Flake as others before me have said. It's a fantastic blend.

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

I decided to have another bowl this morning with my coffee. When I unscrewed the lid of the mason jar and took a whiff I did notice a chocolate note. I did not smell the chocolate note when I first opened the tin. I was surprised to find the the Play-Doh taste was almost unnoticeable to me...

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

You reminded me about John Aylesbury Luxury Flake; I've always wanted to try it and usually its sold out. I found some at WCC, I ordered a tin. I also ordered a tin of Hamborger Veermaster because I want to try that blend now too.

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

It might just be my taste buds and it also might be because I smoked it fresh out of the tin. I am going to let it rest in a mason jar; I'll try it in 3 days, a week, two week etc. and see what I think of it.

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

The Mallard is quite good....I can't think of what to compare to at this second. It's a nice, rich Virginia that is is slightly on the dark side. It's extremely smooth too.

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

I also have a tin of The Mallard to try here in a bit. It will be another first time smoking it experience for me.

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

It's a Virginia Flake with a touch of Perique. No idea on the flavoring.

    Tordenskjold Virginia Slices

First off, let me say this is my first time trying this blend. I just received it in the mail and popped open a new tin of Dan Tobacco's Tordenskjold Virginia Slices. The tin note smelled wonderful and the tobacco was IMO at the perfect level of humidity to begin smoking. I packed my first...
