    Greg, PM Yavuz directly. I know he keeps his word, so if that was the agreement, I am very confident it was just an oversight and he will make good on it. Seeing the "extras" that some are receiving only speaks further of Yavuz' commitment to customer service.

    Agreed and shocked here as well about the news. Sad day yesterday to hear that my regular B&M is closing up shop at the end of the month. Going to visit as much as I can before it is gone...and hope Joe and Ted reopen at a new location.
