I like it. It's an acquired taste, maybe. It reminds me of the other classic drugstore burley blends like Carter Hall, Prince Albert, and Half & Half, but with a flavoring of vanilla and anise. Zulu vs Dublin / Lovat vs Canadian
Just like the Prince shape is a specific kind of bent Apple (quarter-bent profile with an Apple-shaped bowl that's of a proportional size relative to both the shank and mouthpiece) so is the Zulu. Also, keep in mind, Germain is the same company that produces Penzance, Stonehaven, and (the current version of) Balkan Sobranie (among many other blends). So if they can't even produce enough of these blends to satisfy pipe smokers petitions and phone calls probably won't change much, sadly.- tedswearingen
