    Sutliff does it a lot. Molto Dolce and Cream Brulee. Queen Anns Revenge is similar but weaker, it's another Sutliff tin I forget the name maybe Plantation I don't remember.

    I don't have one. To me though, an all day smoke is a smoke that doesn't fill you up. Something you enjoy all day and isnt too sweet or too spicy its just easy to smoke all day.
