Thank you, sir! And congrats on having 4 of your own! The quote is spot on.Sorry to be late with my CONGRATULATIONS! I am a Papa to 4 grandchildren now. They are wonderful!
I just wanted to share a quote to the group: Grandchildren fill a place in your heart you never knew was empty. (author unknown)

Congrats on being a grandfather! This is a celebratory smoke, gents! C&D Carolina Red Flake24 in a 1945-47 Peterson Pot (Shape 207). I’ve been working on restoring this one. Still have some work to do but I wanted to take it for a stroll.
The cause for celebration? I became a grandfather last night! 8lb 15oz baby boy! Both mom and baby are doing great and healthy as can be. View attachment 350588View attachment 350589
Beautiful pipe , Jiminks !Half way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Just fed all of the ferals, and Sleepy Suzy, too. Molly Danger's already eaten.

J.M. Boswell used to make them frequently, but I haven’t seen any on his web site for some time.Love that pipe! Very cool idea
Amen to your sentiments. One thing I've learned is to not even engage the crusading , judging idiots !Good morning, I’m smoking a 2 year old home mix of 3 Sails, C&D White Burley and PS 313 Oriental, originally blended as a RYO. CC coffee black is the drink. My iPhone still refuses to autocorrect the word Oriental. I hate how software can be influenced by idiots. As if I don’t know that the word Oriental shouldn’t be used when denoting a person… I guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Haha, anyway I hope everyone has a good day.

this one seems an appropriate ballad for the dayAh. I'd missed that whole pageful of posts. My sympathies. Cheer yourself up with some awful McGonagall poetry. Or an Ivor Cutler monologue. It's been pissing down here too, by the way.
Really, really nice1991 Ashton Pebblecut (first McConnell era) in a 1968 Dunhill Root Briar EK.

HS Studio and Huge Stone pipes are criminally underrated.Burning through this fine Saturday with a bowl of Steamworks in an HS Studio pipe.
