P&C shows it as pre-order. The other sites show it like a normal online shopping cart. Either way if you’re looking to get some, might be a good idea to do it now. The Cringle flake typically sells out semi-quickly.

Midnight as in last night. For me on the west coast it was available at 9:00 p.m. on December 1st.

I get confused about that sort of stuff too. But, 12am last night would be today. This is why I just never participate in any of that midnight stuff. By 9PM, I am dead to the world. And,. usually I can still find it available somewhere the next day if I really want it.
To much Fear of Missing Out on here, but I bet the companies love it... like Apple dropping the next generation of iPhone... "dance little sheep, dance!" Ha ha.
