I'll second that - once you have done a few orders and gotten used to the way they operate its all good.
As long as they keep on coming through I'll take the lack of communication and longer than average shipping on the chin.
Mind you if I were in the US I'd definitely understand the frustration etc.
They have sucked for quite some time and obviously don't care. So the question is WHY? When there are so many vastly superior alternatives, why ever give an order to 4Noggins? And if you do, why ever complain about it later?
Makes you appreciate Smoking Pipes. One of the best places that I’ve ever shopped, tobacco related or otherwise. Their customer service is second to none. I literally have received email responses to inquiries within minutes?
4 Noggins doesn’t need to give a shit about customer service. They ship where others won’t.
This sums up my thoughts exactly. It is also why I scratch my head and wonder why they are talked about so openly online.

You pay and you get what you paid for. Don't we get more than enough emails daily? Do we need more emails to go through? Check the website for order status. Ain't that hard.

Used them quite a bit. I've never tried to really *communicate* with them, but from my perspective the relationship works great: I pay them a fair price and my goods show up in a fair timeframe. Works for me.
