Pipe Stem Replacement

This is an estate pipe I purchased from The Bay. I love the rusticated finish and the wide open draw. It is probably the best estate pipe that I have ever purchased. Today I slid the softy bit off of the stem and the top of the stem is cracked and the bottom is just damn broke! Sick feeling! Can anybody recommend someone that can duplicate the original stem? I believe it is lucite or something similar.

I had a stem replaced on an estate pipe that was a gift, where the original stem oxidized with every smoke, down to grit. The replacement looks great (tortoise shell, slightly bent) and cost about thirty bucks, and was prompt. I can't put my hands on the name/address, but I'm sure other members will have many recommendations.
