You need to "report" this ban to one of the mods and get them to do something about it.
That would suck. Why cause there are a lot of great and quality aromatics. No more Founding Fathers no more Blend For Cary Grant would certainly be sad.
There are already bans on them. Check out Massachusetts and California. You could try moving to one of those states so you won't have to deal with aromatics anymore

Out on a fjord close to where I live there is a small island with a deserted village. Once the home of up to 100 people, back in the 60's there were only two households left. Of course they loathed each other and could never agree on anything.

Golly--I love that Carey Grant blend--bought it so I could smoke it while watching "Bringing Up Baby!" He and Clark Gable are some of our favorites! But Lionel Barrymore rocks the house and has a little commercial on one of our DVD's where he's slouching comfortably in a big chair smoking a pipe and puffing away slowly and contentedly--wonder what he was smoking?

I enjoy a few light aromatics, MB Vanilla Roll Cake being one. More often than not though, I've poked fun at the Aromatic folks. Be that as it may, I would oppose any kind of ban on any type of tobacco products. One, I don't want to see any smoking brothers have their preferences limited. Second, it would certainly be bad for most manufacturer's which would ultimately affect us all. Third, the douchebags that ban don't stop. Ban a little, ban a little more and before long, they've banned everything. It's death by a thousand cuts.
Crap ya'll... if we ban aromatics, how will we get children interested in pipe smoking? 
As was noted in an earlier post, about 95% of pipe tobacco sales are aromatic blends, so indeed, they keep the industry afloat. Most pipe smokers only smoke aromatics. As we all know, Forums members aren't most pipe smokers, though we smoke a lot of aromatics too -- not everyone but many. I don't know what Putin's dyspeptic expression has to do with it. He always looks that way, or the snarky pompous smile. I think that is his entire facial expression repertoire. Maybe he breaks into a warm euphoric smile in private when he poisons someone. Likely.
