To the best of my knowledge, there is no interprovincial shipping of tobacco in Canada, it is province specific.
So, as this is an Ontario company, they can only legally ship within Ontario, not any other province, unless they have a store there as well.
shikano53, looking at your pictures, I thought for a second that it was my and my neighbours house across the street from you, lol. We have a park across the street from us, so it is not our houses, but sure looks like it.
Yeah, it is quite cool out there right now, lol. Mostly rain, but could snow at anytime.
Edmonton got some snow yesterday and Nordegg, out near the Rocky Mountains, has a snowfall warning up. Guess I won't be going camping up that way this weekend.
I quite enjoyed that store. Went in there, bought my 50 "allotted" cigars, plus a few walk around NYC cigars. I smoked a nice big cigar up front by the entrance in some very luxurious chairs, chatting to a few execs about good scotch whiskey and vacation spots.
I assume you are using the postal system now and before. Sometimes you just get lucky I guess. Might have something to do with the previous upcoming postal strike.
I have an order from them, on the way, and typically takes 10 days for it to arrive.
I visited Peretti's when I visited Boston a few years ago. It is a wonderful shop, very unique and interesting. I loved the staff and enjoyed the banter while sampling their tobacco's. Bought a nice Canadian while there and think about my time there when smoking the pipe.Visit there if you can...
For sure you need more than one week to sample all that the Box Pass has to offer.
FTR, I put in the SG 1792 into the box. With all I heard, I was excited to try this tobacco and in the end was let down with how I felt about it. I think I brought in 200 - 250G and once the tax man had his way...
