My son works for a big tobacco co. Last year a man in a store started calling him a murderer. My son told him he preferred to consider it assisted suicide. I don't think the feller found it funny.
The picture was taken in the late 70s Mr. Little berry Hines ran a little country store at the end of our road. The picture was taken form a book. The author was driving through, and stopped took the picture and wrote a article about Mr. Hines. If I can find it I will post the article.
I know that when looking at estate pipes it is most tempting to pick up the newest looking pipes first, but I have come to the conclusion that the best smokers are the ones that look the worst before I restore them. Does Any have this experience?
