How Many Posts Do I Have?

Success! Now I know! Could not find it by looking myself up in the member list.

How Many Posts Do I Have?

Probably a dumb way to do it, but it looks like posting is the only way to determine how many posts I have made in the past. Been inactive for awhile, but want to know!

    Orientals

I agree with Peck; Tashkent is a great smoke. I am a novice, but am happy not to look further. Rich, smooth, and with a sort of ginger taste.

    Buying Bulk - Very Dry

A very cheap and easy solution to re-hydrating tobacco. http://www.pipesandcigars.com/humidification/78837/pouch-moistener/#p-118211 Could you drop one of these into a mason jar to rehydrate the tobacco? Sorry, but I forgot how to properly quote a post.

    Stanwell colonial pipe (187) series

Bryan, for me all I get is a "picture cannot be displayed." I have no helpful hints, I am afraid.

    A First Va/Per

Am about to put in a tobacco order, and I have never tried a Va/Per before. I know I have gotten advice on this subject here before, but to begin my potential "adventure" I just want enough tobacco to get a good idea. Had considered McClelland St. James Woods, but, rather than buying a tin of...

    Revamped P&C Website

May be a work in progress. Looked for some tobacco under the maker and it was not there. Did a search, and there it was.

    C&D's Revamped Website

Are none of the tobaccos for sale? Don't see anything about prices nor anything about ordering.

    Light Weight Pipes

Thank you, Eric. I will certainly remember your comment on the apple shape; I have been leaning more toward the bent billiard/brandy but purely for looks sake. And I have been looking at Dublin shapes lately. My question, though, does not come from a desire to clench; I wear full dentures and...

    Light Weight Pipes

Did a little searching on the subject, and did not get the explanation that I was looking for. I understand that light weight means it doesn't weigh as much as other pipes. My question is how did it get light and what impact does that have on smoking. I am guessing that a light weight pipe is...

    Top Two Inexpensive Tobaccos

Not sure of the definition of "cheap", but McClelland's 5100 Red Cake in bulk seems like a nice tobacco for the price.

Black House, Magnum Opus, Legends, Wilderness

To me Blackhouse was a strong and overpowering; Magnus Opus was smooth and very flavorful.

    Lacquer Removal

In another section of the forum a member talked to the better smoke he got from his pipe after he removed the lacquer finish. How does one do that/what is the procedure? After removal, does one "refinish" the pipe with wax? Thanks!

    Bjarne Copenhagen Pipes

Re the China question I started with. Asked Pipes and Cigars. Nikos says their Bjarne pipes come from either Denmark or Italy; ones from China probably knock-offs.
