This morning it's Orlik Golden Sliced in a MM corn cob pipe.
For some reason (possibly I'm very wrong) I place this blend in the same category with yellow Capstan and I'm trying to think which one I like more. It would be Capstan I believe but not by far... Anyway, who cares?
Temperature will rise up to 42 C (ca 108 F) these next days... As the old record said in the title...

Ice water and bergs is my drink. Fed three ferals.

Enjoyed a little low calorie snacking, and am almost a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2012 Dan Tobacco Treasures of Ireland: Limerick in a 2021 medium bend black sandblasted Peterson Newgrange 80S bent bulldog silver spigot with a tapered reddish brown, black striped acrylic stem. Three ferals are, and two are snoozin'. Tomato the Brave is walking around bored.

Part way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the original 515 that Basil Rathbone smoked, and the model that he smoked it in.

Half way through this bowl of Wilke Little Round Top in an undated straight smooth brown pre-Republic Peterson’s Sterling bulldog 150 with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite saddle p-lip stem. I'll end the day with this smoke. When I opened the back door to call for Tomato the Brave, I saw Shy Stripesy run from the chair it was in to the side of the house. It used to not be so afraid of me. I wonder what changed that?

Peterson's Irish Flake in a Missouri Meerschaum, first thing this morning. A very pleasant half hour spent watching a wood pigeon, completely unaware of me, just a few feet away in our quince tree.
